Over the years I have also advised many clients on estate planning. This type of practice is completely different from going to court and I enjoy the contrast. I can help you decide what type of estate planning you need to accomplish your goals. I own my own office in West Linn, about 25 minutes from downtown Portland and near I-5 and I-205. When you select me as your lawyer you are going to get personalized service in contrast to many firms where you hardly ever get to see your lawyer. I do not charge for the first office visit, nor do I charge for initial phone calls. I also try to make myself very available to my clients. I have my own direct phone line to try to maximize the chance of me getting your call. That phone line is set up to automatically call forward to my cell phone so that if you call the office and I am somewhere else there is a good chance that I will be able to take your call. My
practice focuses on three major areas: auto accidents,
medical malpractice , and estate planning. I am a very
experienced trial lawyer. I
have been a lawyer in Oregon for 30 years. During
that time I have tried and settled many death and injury
cases. I am very knowledgeable about medical issues involving
childbirth, cancer, cardiac problems,
anesthesia, infection, orthopedic surgeries, plastic
surgeries, and eye problems. In analyzing and
